Thank you very much for shopping with us at Jae and Mister! Each and every order makes us SO happy and we are always so thankful. All of your orders are packed with love in Bacchus Marsh, Victoria. All orders placed over $120 will receive FREE standard shipping!



We currently use Australia Post to ship your orders to you. Shipping is only available to valid addresses within Australia. We do not offer international shipping. 

Shipping Rates:

Standard shipping: $9.00

Express shipping: $15.00

Orders over $120:

Standard shipping: FREE

Express shipping: $5


If you are local to areas between Bacchus Marsh and Hoppers Crossing we are able to offer free delivery. If your postcode is within these areas, the option of free local delivery will be available at checkout. 

We do not offer local pick-up. 



Our dispatch time frames will vary, depending on what is included in your order. Many of our items are personalised in nature. If your order contains one of these items, production time is 7-14 days. If this is the case, it will be stated in the description of each of these products, so please have a read of the product description to ensure you are fully aware. If your order only contains ready to ship items, you can expect dispatch to be within 2-3 business days. 

These time frames are very generous and we always endeavour to have your products produced in the fastest time and to the best quality. 

If you have a specific time frame or need your order sooner, please contact us prior to placing your order to ensure we are able to complete in your time frame. 



We will always send you notification once your order has been posted. This will include tracking details that allow you to track your order's delivery status. Once we post your order, delivery times are out of our hands and is up to the service provider. Unfortunately, we are not able to guarantee shipping times. 

We are not liable for any delays in delivery due to Australia Post delays.  



Please ensure the address you provide us is 100% correct. We will not be responsible for any error in postage (including an undelivered ordered) due to an incorrectly provided address. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrectly given address, we will require you to pay further postage costs and provide an accurate address. 



As stated above, once your order has been dispatched we will send your tracking details to the email provided for you to follow the progress of your delivery. If you have any concerns regarding a lost or wrongly delivered ordered, please contact us as soon as possible so that we are able to investigate. We will not be liable for any lost or wrongly delivered orders. We will work with you to arrange a reasonable replacement or arrangement agreed upon by both parties. 



Unfortunately we do not offer returns or exchanges on any our products.

If a product arrives faulty, please contact us as soon as possible to provide photos and fault information. If a product is deemed faulty, we will either send an identical product replacement or offer a refund.
